I was a substitute teacher to gain more experience for myself. I enjoyed getting to see and work with the different age groups throughout elementary and middle schools!

Anything outdoors! Riding bikes, walks, swimming, flying kites, chalk and so much more! Indoors- any game or activity that they have interest in. Learning, art, drawing, painting, dancing, board games, reading, making tents! All of course if allowed by parents and also catered to each specific child, as they all have different likes and dislikes! 😊
The most important part about being a nanny...
Making sure the children are always in good hands and safe at all times! It’s important to me that they feel comfortable to come to me in any type of situation while they are under my care. 💓
My experience with special needs children...
I cared for a child with autism for about 8 years. He is non verbal. I got to watch him grow up over the years and am so happy I had all the experiences with him that I did! Although challenging at times, it was never anything I was not able to handle. Especially the more I got to know him each time I cared for him. He taught me a lot and I’m so glad! 😌
