Whether it’s getting creative with arts and crafts or engaging in imaginative play that encourages storytelling and role-playing, I love seeing their creativity come to life. I also enjoy reading together to help develop language skills, so library outings are a possibility. Outdoor activities like swimming or nature walks are always a hit, as they promote physical activity. No matter the activity, my goal is to create an environment where children can have fun and build new skills. Even mundane, daily activities can have a huge impact on childhood development.

It’s about being flexible in communication to help create structure in schedules, resources, and activities. A great nanny is patient, adaptable, and has a nurturing nature.
