I worked with children with special needs all through middle school and high school. I was even a student teacher my senior year of high school where I got to shadow a WONDERFUL first grade class room! I nannied for a family in my neighborhood while I was in high school as well.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I am always down to go to the park or your child’s favorite local play place! I love cooking, baking, and all things hands on! I own plenty of markers and coloring books that I enjoy in my free time and am always on the lookout for new crafts.

The make important part of being a nanny is creating a special bond with your children. There is nothing better than seeing a kid jump up and down when they see you at the door. Even though mom and dad are going out for date night or to work, they are so excited to have time with their nanny/babysitter!!

I worked with children with special needs for many years, all throughout middle school and high school. I worked in their PE classes, art classes, and regular classroom curriculum.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was when the family I was working for moved house that was right down the street from a playground. The kids begged me to walk down to the park every time I came over, and it was always so much fun.
