More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I used to help my mom babysit with her private business! She ran Tina’s Tots out of home for a couple of years, however she shattered her foot so we had to shut down unfortunately. We had anywhere from 1 child to 8 kids a day. Usually we had the same 4 kids everyday, one little girl who was 4, a baby who was about a year and a half, a little boy who was 2 and another little boy who was 6! While there was a few stragglers now and then, we didn’t usually have too many different kids come through our doors.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
playing outside, coloring, reading, watching movies, baking, i might even play with your toys 😁!

My experience with special needs children...
My younger brothers have autism and I used to pretty much take care of them on my own. We had different moms and our dad was absent so it was usually me. While I didn’t know they had autism, I was still taking care of them the best I knew how at such a young age. I know how to deal with overstimulation, being stressed, having too many options, not liking the texture of something, not being able to eat because it’s green, etc…
The most important part about being a nanny...
When they first get there and their so angry they won’t want to leave their momma but then I walk the corner and they just burst with happiness to see me! It was always my favorite time of day :)
