This goes along with my favorite thing about being a nanny but the most important is creating that healthy relationship with the parents and kids makes life easier for everyone and communicating is one of my top keys to being a nanny!

I do not have very much experience with special needs children. I student taught for two weeks in a special needs classroom and still really enjoyed it!
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment for me would be when you create a healthy and respectful connection to the kids your caring for and them coming to you because they know they can come to you if in need of help or advice or just someone to talk to. I’m a big communicator so I love to talk things out with the kids I watch and create real connections.
