And when I’m outside I like them to have an abundance of things to do run off all of that little kid energy that we all want back in our life 😂.

My experience with special needs children...
I work with special needs adults on a day to day basis in my nursing home and before that I was a gymnastics coach and taught all different degrees of special needs children. And I was also in many special needs extra curricular‘s in school.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I was a Gymnastics coach and I and one of the coaches called off so I covered her lesson the girl was 8 or 9 years old non verbal autistic. The mom came in and told me that her daughter was having a pretty hard day, and she didn’t want to come in and she didn’t want anything to do with me for like 20 mins but we finally got her into the gym room and got all of her winter clothes off we started to warm up mom comes says with her because she doesn’t like to be left alone but by the middle of the class she started to open up to me and her mom gave me a strange looked like this was completely unusual. I didn’t really think anything about it and kept going by time the class ended she looked at me with this excitement in her eyes with a want of approval but I wasn’t quite sure what she wanted to do but I gave her the go because the whole gym had cleared out by then and she took off running as fast as she could and jumped into our big foam block pit and and squealed with laughter.
