Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Some activities I enjoy doing with children both inside and outside include arts and crafts, reading books, sensory play, and educational games that support learning and creativity. I also enjoy music, singing, and movement activities that keep children engaged. Outside, I love taking children for walks, playing at the park, doing outdoor games, and exploring nature. I try to create activities that are fun while also supporting children’s development and curiosity.
The most important part about being a nanny...
What matters most to me about being a nanny is creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where children feel loved and encouraged to grow. I believe it’s important to build strong bonds with the children I care for and support their development through patience, guidance, and engaging activities. Being able to positively impact a child’s growth and confidence is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
My experience with special needs children...
I worked one-on-one with an autistic child for nearly two years, providing individualized care and support. This experience helped me develop strong patience, adaptability, and the ability to create a structured and supportive environment tailored to a child’s unique needs.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was watching a baby I cared for grow and develop new skills over time. I helped work with him on tummy time and activities that supported his motor development, and it was so rewarding to see him getting stronger and reaching new milestones. Moments like that make childcare very meaningful to me.
