A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Bella! I’m a recent college graduate from the University of Florida. I have a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Family and Youth studies. Caring for children has always been a huge passion of mine! As an older sister, I was raised to care for those in need and those who are younger than me. I worked as a part-time pre-school teacher at an afterschool program in a private school in Gainesville. There, I became CPR certified. In the summer of 2024, I studied abroad in Ireland with a program where I gained experience working with children of varying abilities, specifically children with down syndrome and autism. Last spring semester I cared for an infant (around 3 months old) and have worked at other child care programs and institutions, gaining experience with all ages. I was a nanny in Boca Raton, caring for a 5 month old. I have been babysitting for the past 7 years for families that have up to 3 children! I love to care for kids and would love to care for yours!

I enjoy taking kids on walks and to the park. I love playing games with kids whether that be playing ball games like soccer or games at home. I love creative projects like coloring pages or making cute crafts. I love reading with children. I love singing for and with kids. And I love playing with whatever toys they have to make them happy!

I was a student intern at Galway Autism Partnership working with children ages 4-15 while studying abroad in Ireland. I also worked at a child day-care center caring for kids ages 3-5, some of who had either down syndrome, adhd, autism, etc.
