I worked as a childcare worker for Branches Church HB since 2021. I became CPR certified while working here and have my certificate. I also babysitting for families outside the church and have work alongside children on sets when directing or acting to help with studying or within child labor laws and making sure the children were taken care of and also helping them work in the creative space.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Playing outside games like volleyball, basketball, soccer, tennis. I love indoor games like board or card games. I also bake a lot with a lot of the girls I have babysat and play Just Dance or make arts and crafts. I love doing physical things so we’re not consistently on our phones or tablets. However I do love a good movie to end a night with the kids or a fun TV show!

Making kids feel safe and comfortable to connect with someone who’s watching them while their family is away. I understand it can be difficult adapting to a person you don’t know who’s taking care of you and I always want to make sure they feel safe and can connect with me so I can help them feel comfortable in their own home still.
