My name is Berlinda Brun, I am 26 years old from West Orange NJ. I have four years of experience working with children of all ages. I've had the privilege of joining three wonderful families watching all six children florish right before my eyes. During my time as a Nanny I developed strong interpersonal skills that allow me to communicate with children of all ages.
I simply love children and enjoy helping them learn and grow at every stage of their young lives. Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Ive been a caregiver for my intire family & other relatives since I was 16 year old. In highscool I took a Child developent program for 2 years.

●2016 I started my first job at a day care in West Orange. Worked at the day care for 2 years until I became a Nanny.

●First family I worked with had a 2 year old infant.

●Second family had two children 5yr old and 7yr old both need to be cared for after school hrs. Help out with their homework and prep their meals.

●Third family had 3 children 8 year old twins & a 7month baby, my duties were to help them with their homework, take them to their practices & pick them up from school. Nurse baby ,feed, change dipars clean cloths/fold, playtime, batg
and meal prep for mom.

●Fouth family had Three children two 2yr old twin infants and a 10yrs old, I cared for them only when the parents were out on business trips or join them on summer vacations.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a Nanny is ensuring the safety of the children's safety & well being. Patience is very important as well. You must know how to handle children's behaviors without getting irritated. Children sometimes catch tantrams and mood swings, Especially after long hours or when their feeling sick.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite Nanny moment is at time I cared for a 3yr old girl. She was the sweetest thing ever we spent so much time togther & our bond was unbreakable. She would follow me all around the house holding her little fingers on to my clothes. When she couldn't find me in the house she would scream "marco" until she finds me. She was so joyful & veryy intelligent. Everytime I arrived ,she would wait at the door.I can hear her cheerful giggles from the door screaming my name ,She gets excited evertime she sees me. The love she had for me was heartwarming. It was a wonderful experience and it taught me so much. From that moment I know this was the perfect career for me.
