More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
For five months, I had the opportunity to work with a family caring for their children, which allowed me to develop important skills in child care and well-being. I also have two years of experience working in shelters for abused children, which has taught me to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy. My CPR training also allows me to be prepared for any emergency, ensuring the safety of the children in my care. This experience has given me a deep perspective on the emotional and physical needs of children and has helped me become more aware of and committed to their care.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I really enjoy spending time with the children both in the yard and inside the house. In the yard, I like to organize outdoor games like races, ball games, or simply exploring nature, which allows them to expend energy in fun and healthy ways. Inside the house, I often do creative activities like crafts, reading stories, or playing board games that foster their imagination and cognitive development. These activities are not only fun but also help strengthen their learning and social skills.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is providing a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for children where they can grow, learn, and feel valued. It's essential to provide personalized attention tailored to their emotional and physical needs and to be a constant presence in their daily lives. Furthermore, being a nanny involves being patient, understanding, and flexible, as each child is unique and requires a different approach. My role is not only to care for them, but also to guide them, support their learning, and foster their emotional well-being, which is essential for their overall development.
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience caring for children with special needs, which I have complemented with my training in psychology, where I address topics such as autism, disabilities, and learning disabilities. This training has allowed me to understand each child's unique needs and adapt my care and activities to support their development. Through my experience, I have learned to be patient, flexible, and creative in the way I interact with them, ensuring they feel supported and understood.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment as a nanny is when the children learn something new. Seeing their expressions of surprise and satisfaction as they grasp a new skill or concept fills me with pride and happiness. Whether they're learning to count, read, or solve a problem, those small accomplishments make me feel like I'm making a positive contribution to their development. It's incredible to witness their confidence grow as they acquire new skills, and that moment of discovery is, without a doubt, what I enjoy most about my job.
