Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Crafts, movies, bowling, baking, cooking (teaching them with caution) taking walks, going to the the library when nice weather, the beach, Having picnics. There’s a possibility you can have picnics in the house. You put a blanket down and it’s just not outside when the weather is bad. Doing homework w/them.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most part about being a nanny, a sitter or anyone I taking care of I take pride in that because when either the parents leave or if I’m taking care of the Senior when their family leaves that individual is my responsibility and I take care of them as if they were my own. Then we get to play a craft and bacon and go for a walk go to the library. Also taking care of the elderly seniors, especially I like their old stories where they’ve been and where they came from and the children I just like taking care of them.

My experience with special needs children...

My 4 grown children, being married I said that I was a single married parent. LOL! Growing up w/ my children I still have a younger son that has physical health & mental issues. I was a Special Ed Liaison for parents @ I children’s school they all were in a Special Education class Pt. time or Full-time in class.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moment was when I seen the kids in the morning. I never liked leaving them, but I always assure them that I would see them the next day especially when they’re small. They do the cutest things and believe me I love all children, but something about a baby and learning their words and taking their steps and doing all their first’s
