I believe the most important part of being a nanny/caregiver with children is to have a positive impact. Children are like little curious sponges and as a role model for them it’s very important to understand how impressionable they are. This is why I love to get to know the kids I babysit/nanny for and encourage them in a productive and positive way to have fun and learn about the world around them! :)
