I am a big crafter so I love getting to do activities with kids. Especially with girls, I love getting to do each other's hair, nails, etc. I also love playing outside and getting ice cream when the weather is nice, or staying in and playing games or watching movies on a rainy day.

While it is technically not a nanny moment, in my first year as a camp counselor I had a camper who was afraid to take her swim test. Every time she attempted the test, I swam right beside her until she passed. She was so excited when she finally did it and the next day she gave me a card that said how much she was looking forward to swimming in the deep end. I still have that card today and I love getting to have special moments like that to look back on.
