The most important part about being a nanny is having parent communication. Also boundaries being able to get onto a child without physical punishments. For an example I have used time out and even standing in the corners helped. But of course only with parent consent well I do so. Again trust is a big thing as well, Being able to trust the nanny and the parent is a major role and taking care of children.
My experience with special needs children...
I have autistic and down syndrome that runs in my family so I’ve been around children and also helped out with other family members children with special needs.
