Is the relationship you get to build with the child and parent. Letting the child know they are loved and being well taking care of allowing them to trust you and come to you for anything. For the parent reassuring them that their child is in good hands while they are working so they do not have to feel and type of stress or worrisome.

The most important part about being a nanny...
Memorable moment would have to be when the children were old enough to no longer need me as their nanny, and them being sad and wishing I didn’t have to move on. It’s memorable because it lets me know how appreciated I was and how much I meant to them as they meant to me.
