A little bit about me

Hi there! I’m Brittany, 22 years old and currently residing in Harrisonburg, VA. I am a server but I am also interning and studying to become a real estate agent one day. So, for the last 7 months is the first time in four years that I have not been working with children and I am miserable! Working with only adults is stressful and not any fun at all! I have always had many random babysitting jobs growing up or the typical summers nannying while the kids are out of school. I miss it, I truly miss being around their kind souls and free spirits. What makes me stand out is that I’m fun! I worked at a kids spa from May 2013 to April 2017 doing birthday parties (7 parties a weekend, that’s a lot of parties) and let me tell you, that was my favorite job I’ve ever had. Being able to create a space and to be able to interact with kids on their level and just embracing their childhood and having fun with them is really important to me. I am also a very nurturing individual and like to take care of people when they are sick or anytime really. I also am a little bit of a neat freak so your house wouldn’t be destroyed when you come home, it would probably be pretty tidy, which is anther benefit of hiring me as a nanny. I would love to be working with kids again sooner than later. I am not in school right now so my availability is pretty open please contact me if you need a hand!
