The most important part about being a nanny is making sure that the children that you work with are comfortable and enjoy the time they spend with you. It’s important for kids to feel like they are excited to see the person that they are with and to truly feel safe and have fun. Also, use common sense.

While at the summer camp and while working at the after school program I worked with children on the spectrum as well as children with additional learning and social challenges.
