A little bit about me

Hello! Just a little bit about myself, in addition to childcare experience, I was a CNA for 3 years and I have CPR training. A friend suggested I try childcare and I have now worked as a nanny for a year! I have experience with newborns as young as 3 months all the way to teenagers. My most recent experience was with a family of 3 children under 3 yrs old, the youngest being 4 a month old newborn. I have my own car, do not smoke, have a college degree, and am very comfortable with any and all pets. I value my role and the connections I have with the families I work for. I have been told I bring a calm but kind attitude to the job. I am incredibly patient and value respect for both kids and parents. Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have been a nanny for many families. Most recently I’ve worked with 5 children ages 0-7 and 2 older children 11 & 12. In addition to being a nanny, I have a background as a CNA and am familiar with emergency medical procedures. I’m used to taking kids to extracurricular activities, cooking for the family, cleaning, and errand running. I love the work I do and find it more rewarding than the other careers I’ve tried.

My favorite nanny moment was when the 3 and 5 year old I was caring for decided to bear hug my legs and I had to stomp around the house with them hanging on. They did not want me to leave for the night lol.
