I have volunteered in a multitude of elementary classrooms. Grades pre-k through middle school age.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Some activities I enjoy with children are coloring, craft making (especially during holidays or birthdays). Outside I like playing with bubbles, chalk, water balloons and even doing fun nature treasure hunts! I also enjoy baking/cooking with kids, finding new experiments and such that kids may get a rise out of. I also like having kids guide the day and try to focus in on what they enjoy and participate in a noticeable way as kids rarely get time when an adult truly immersed themselves in the imagination. I also enjoy teaching kids new things- such as sign language and skills. Helping with educational development and even making homework time a bit more fun.
