"I needed someone to help watch over my 1 yr old twin sons while I was away on a 2 week trip. Nanny Ve as we like to call her was not only a great help. She took real time to get to know each of the boys and there true nature and needs. She's very hands on and very patient. My sons are picky with who they show love to but since day one of meeting her, they loved her. 2 weeks became almost 3months Mon - Fri 9 to 5pm and everyday got better and better. I have seen a drastic growth with my sons speech and learning skills . I'm actually Jealous for anyone who gets her as a nanny , you won't be disappointed , I will little just because she won't be available. She's just that good and I recommend her anytime . She is top notch."

A little bit about me

Hello ladies and gentlemen. My name is Madison. I am 22 years old. I’m looking for babysitting jobs. I have my CCMA and have worked in a pediatric office. I’m CPR certified and am going to school to gain a degree in education so I can become a teacher. I have worked at 2 different preschool/daycare locations as well. (Working with ages 6 weeks to 13 years old)

Im good with kids. I have an 8 year old brother who I helped take of when my parents were busy. I’ve also helped my aunt with my cousins. (All of which range in different ages). My cousins also have autism so I’m able to work with those whom may be on the spectrum.

I can take care of all ages. I’m open to watching your kids in the presence of your own home or if rather I’m able to watch them at mine. I’ve worked as a tutor as well so I’m able to help with any and all school work your kids may have. (I’ve even helped pre-k kiddos 😉 )I have reliable transportation and have open availability.

A full-time nanny can offer support with housekeeping, errands and other household responsibilities, similar to mother’s helpers, au-pairs, and live-in nannies. When finalizing the details of your full-time nanny position, it’s important to make sure that everyone is on the same page. The easiest way to do this is to create a job offer for your full-time nanny position.

In your full-time nanny job offer, you should communicate the responsibilities and compensation. In writing out the responsibilities of your full-time nanny, you might also choose to add some responsibilities that are specific to your families’ needs like if you expect your full-time nanny to travel with you and the details around travelling with your live-in nanny. When considering what it means for your full-time nanny when you take vacation, you should also consider how you want to handle their vacation time, and other aspects of their compensation. This includes a full-time nanny salary, over-time, benefits, and any expenses like food and gas.
