"I needed someone to help watch over my 1 yr old twin sons while I was away on a 2 week trip. Nanny Ve as we like to call her was not only a great help. She took real time to get to know each of the boys and there true nature and needs. She's very hands on and very patient. My sons are picky with who they show love to but since day one of meeting her, they loved her. 2 weeks became almost 3months Mon - Fri 9 to 5pm and everyday got better and better. I have seen a drastic growth with my sons speech and learning skills . I'm actually Jealous for anyone who gets her as a nanny , you won't be disappointed , I will little just because she won't be available. She's just that good and I recommend her anytime . She is top notch."

Before relocating to Las Vegas, lived in NY, then moved to NJ. I was previously, the Artistic Director of a performing arts middle school in NY and director of a Pre-k program in NJ.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy incorporating dance to teach the alphabet, numbers, days of the week etc. I also enjoy reading and putting on plays with dolls/puppets, & watching movies, and arts/crafts.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The important thing about being a caregiver is that you are genuine. Children can sense everything. It is also important to nurture. You have to provide emotional support during the times the parent cannot. I feel that you should care for a child or children as you would your own. Of course while meeting the expectations and wishes of the parent.
My experience with special needs children...
I do not have experience working with special needs children. Therefore, I would not take on such an important responsibility without that skill set or proper training.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I relocated to Las Vegas in mid January of 2023.. My former preschool class video called me. They were very happy to see me and thought I was still on a plane. They said " get off the plane and come back, we miss you".
Another funny story was about my name. I prefer to be called Yvie, short for Yvette. This little boy called me Za-key-vee! It would make me laugh so hard!
