Outside time is number one!! And I love encouraging them to use their hands and expand their minds. Activities like puzzles, sensory bins, crafts, projects, teaching them valuable life skills like cleaning, cooking, and helping around the house. I love playing creative games and making mundane tasks and chores fun! I also love encouraging individual play for short periods to encourage creativity.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I love when kids have drawn pictures for me or have made bracelets or crafts and give them to me :) It's small but means so much to me and I love seeing how big their hearts are.
