More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was a caregiver with Blessings Manor Daycare where I worked with 12 children ranging from 5 months- 4 years old. I spent Monday-Friday working 8 hours a day with the kids, I was responsible for changing, feeding, putting to sleep and engaging with the children. We listened to interactive music, we played engaging copying games “Simon Says”, “Follow the Leader”. With the older children we separated them and worked on coloring and crafts during the afternoon.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love outdoor adventures, wether that be park time, bike trail exploring or backyard play! I indulge kids with interactive sing alongs, beginner sign language and sensory art projects.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Having patience and compassion. These children are learning how to communicate EVERYTHING with what they can remember, and it’s important to give them grace and structure thru that process. I don’t believe in punishment, only redirection and explanation.

All of them to be honest! The little personalities (or big ones!) of these evolving and learning little humans is so fun to watch! It’s rewarding to know I can help make a positive impact on the youth while also providing relief for their parents.
