Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was an English Teacher for kids aged 7-17 years old for 2 years in Brazil. I was not only the teacher but also the coordinator so I was responsible for engaging the kids in projects after class hours, being in direct contact with parents and arranging meeting, training new teacher, applying and grading exams etc. I was quite young at the time (19-20 years old) so that taught how to be more responsible and firm, since I had to get the kids to see me as an authority and the parents to trust that I was enough for teaching the kids.
