The most important part about being a nanny...
Providing good child care. I love to take care of kids like they’re my own. I have children so I know it’s hard to find someone you can trust your little ones, specially babies bc they can’t talk and express how they feel. I love to make this experience fun for all people that are involved (children, parents and me). I love to sing, play, teach if needed and whatever the kid wants to do, with respect and boundaries, so they can feel protected and loved while their parents are working for them.
My experience with special needs children...
I used to babysit a sweet little girl with autism from 6:30am to 5 pm when she was around 3y-4yo. Great experience! Learn a lot from her.
