At times, she required additional support and accommodations; however, she was always treated with the same care, respect, and expectations as her sisters. I worked closely with her on learning and developmental activities, which taught me the importance of patience, adaptability, and meeting each child where they are. This experience strengthened my ability to create a supportive, structured, and nurturing environment while promoting confidence and independence.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Seeing my employer through her pregnancy and then caring for her baby from birth was one of my most meaningful experiences. Watching her grow and being there for so many milestones was truly special and something I’ll always value.
