Hi! My name is Camryn. I’m a Lead Teacher for a classroom of 2.5–3-year-olds at KinderCare in Medford. I have experience working with children from 6 months through 13 years old and truly enjoy helping each child learn and grow at their own pace.

I am fully background checked, have a current physical, and am committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel confident to explore, learn, and be themselves. I love hands-on learning, outdoor play, creative activities, and supporting developmental milestones in fun and meaningful ways.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

In addition to being a Lead Teacher, I previously worked as a swim instructor teaching children ages 6 months to 13 years old across all swim levels. I worked closely with many children with learning impairments and adapted lessons to meet each child’s individual needs.

I have also worked as a nanny and have experience supporting children in online homeschooling programs, helping them stay focused, organized, and confident in their learning.

Before working in education, I was a professional cleaner in an assisted living community, where I developed strong attention to detail, organization skills, and high standards for cleanliness and safety — something I carry into childcare settings as well.

I enjoy sensory play, crafts, outdoor adventures, bike riding, hands-on STEM learning, imaginative play, and activities that build fine motor and social-emotional skills. I also love encouraging curiosity about animals and nature.

I have experience working with children with ADHD, learning disabilities, and other behavioral or developmental needs both in the classroom and during swim instruction. I focus on patience, structure, clear communication, and positive reinforcement while adapting activities to best support each child.
