More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have over 12 years of childcare experience working with children of all ages. My experience includes serving as an Assistant Preschool Teacher and Floater in a daycare setting, working as a part-time nanny for a family with 2- and 12-year-old girls, and later as a full-time nanny for 1- and 5-year-old boys.
In addition, I have provided babysitting services for numerous families over the years, caring for children of various ages and backgrounds. I also worked as a summer camp counselor at a Christian camp, supervising and engaging children across multiple age groups, and served as the leader of my church's high school youth group.
As a Communications Manager for a nonprofit organization, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide reliable childcare. My diverse childcare background has helped me develop strong communication, leadership, and caregiving skills while creating safe, engaging, and supportive environments for children.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love staying active and engaging children in activities that encourage creativity, confidence, and fun. I enjoy doing arts and crafts, listening to music, singing, and helping children explore their creative side through hands-on activities and imaginative play.
I have played both basketball and soccer and enjoy participating in sports and outdoor activities with children. Whether it's playing at the park, riding bikes, playing games, or practicing a sport, I love helping kids stay active and have fun.
Most importantly, I enjoy getting involved in whatever interests the child. Whether they love crafts, sports, reading, building, music, or imaginative play, I enjoy encouraging their passions and helping them learn and grow. I am passionate about making children feel loved, valued, and supported for who they are while encouraging them to embrace their unique personalities and strengths.

The most important part about being a nanny...
To me, the most important part of being a nanny is ensuring that the children in my care feel safe, loved, and supported. Children thrive when they know they are valued and have someone they can trust, and I strive to be that consistent and caring presence in their lives.
I believe being a nanny is about more than simply supervising children—it's about building meaningful relationships, getting to know each child as an individual, and supporting their growth, interests, and needs. I genuinely enjoy being involved in their lives and helping them in any way I can.
I am naturally a giver and take great pride in serving the families I work with. I am committed to showing up with patience, kindness, and reliability, always doing my best to support both the children and their parents. My goal is to create a positive, nurturing environment where children feel loved, encouraged, and free to be themselves.

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moments as a nanny are often the simplest ones. I love spending quality time talking with the children I care for, listening to their stories, ideas, and unique perspectives on the world. I enjoy reading books together, sharing laughs, and celebrating the little moments that make each day special.
There's nothing better than seeing a child smile, knowing they feel safe, loved, and valued. Whether it's a hug after a hard day, a silly conversation, or watching them accomplish something they're proud of, those genuine connections are what make childcare so rewarding for me.
