"Caytie is the most enthusiastic person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Caytie loves to take on new challenges and works extremely hard to accomplish her goals. In the short time that I worked with her I was thrilled to be able to offer her two promotions at ALDI. Caytie began her work as a Full-time Associate and within just a few months she had store managers from other stores asking if she was an Assistant Manager. Shortly thereafter I promoted her to Lead Store Associate, and within another 6 months I selected her to be the only employee to assist me in the opening of a new ALDI location in Cedar Springs, MI. My experience with special needs children...
I used to care for a child with a seizure disorder from the time he was around 5-11. He can not walk or talk but can use sign language sometimes! His seizures usually happened at night so I would time them to see if I needed his emergency medicine. I would give him his night medications as well!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I was once babysitting for a young girl and we could not find her favorite stuffed animal. I folded my sweatshirt into a ball type shape and told her it was a special stuffed animal, she fell asleep not long after!
