My experience with special needs children...
When I was working as a PT, I treated/cared for patients with delayed sensory & motor skills due to Cerebral Palsy, Neuromuscular disorders etc. I also had the chance to work with children with Scoliosis, Juvenile RA, fractures, amputations etc.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I have no experience as a "paid nanny".. but I have a lot of "auntie" moments with my nephews & nieces especially when I helped my eldest sister took care of her twins. I think one of my favorite moments was when they would burst into laughter whenever I kiss my tummies.. and when they laugh and giggle when we do hide and seek.
