A little bit about us…

We’re looking for a nanny who is child-focused, reliable, engaging, active, compassionate, gentle, cool under pressure, nurturing, and loving. We are looking for an experienced nanny with up-to-date certifications (infant CPR/FA, CPI) and all vaccinations including whooping cough, and Covid vaccinations (up-to-date boosters) to care for our 4-month-old daughter Juniper for 8 hours for 3 days a week, ideally Wednesday through Friday. The nanny will provide one-on-one care and meet the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs of the child while caring for her.

We seek a nanny that can create a consistent environment and provide customized and personalized childcare for Juniper. We also hope to hire an active nanny who is familiar with the area and proactive about activities both inside and outside of the house to keep Juniper engaged and stimulated.

My husband and I both work from home. They are a sound engineer with a home recording studio and I am a marketing project manager at Second Harvest of Silicon Valley and may have to go in to work occasionally. We have a small home so our nanny wouldn't just be a caregiver, they would become an extension of our family.

A little bit about us…

Hi! My husband and I just welcomed our second child a girl at the end of January. We also have a son Rhys is a wonderful happy energetic toddler. We have overly friendly pit bull mix puppy, so a dog person is a must. Other than being a dog person we are looking for someone with 5+ years experience, especially experience with infants. On top of child care we would like our nanny to do some light housekeeping and babies laundry. We like to think we are an easy going household, but we like to stay organized and tidy. My husband works from home mostly and I am currently taking some time off from full time work however I am a chef. When we aren’t working we like hiking, scuba diving and taking advantage of everything Santa Cruz has to offer. We look forward to hearing from you!

A little bit about us…

Our little girl is Ella! She is super sweet, very active & playful. Her birthday is 3/29/19. She’s a pretty good eater and has a great temperament. She’s not potty trained but will be most likely be ready, soon. She’s clever and picks up words and new things pretty quickly!

We’re looking for three days a week from 8:30 to 4:30. Her grandmas watch her on Friday.

We have an English Bulldog and a cat. The pup is pretty snuggly and loves people. He gets excited with new people and then calms down.

We would want you to be hands on and phone free while you are taking care of her. We’ll give you ideas for lunch but feel free to get creative. While she naps for 2-3 hours we’ll occasionally have some laundry to fold and then before you leave just tidy her play space. Other than that feel free to entertain yourself while she sleeps!

We’re in our mid 30s, both entrepreneurs, laid back and easy going. Our only expectations are that you are engaging and kind and can keep the place somewhat tidy before leaving for the day!

A little bit about us…

We need some part-time help in the afternoon/evenings when our au pair is off and before we come home from work. Some overlap would be great too so you two can take the kids somewhere. We will probably need 1 shift per week, with possible additional hours when our au pair is sick or on vacation. Expect some meal prep, toy pick-up, light housekeeping.

Dad works from home, so you typically won't be alone in case of emergency.

A little bit about us…

I am the eldest sister of two teen boys (13 and 14) whose mother just passed unexpectedly. I live in Southern California, and am looking for an experienced, reliable, and compassionate nanny with a background in housework and cooking (or prep). The boys won't need much supervision, but I would appreciate someone who can offer companionship and has worked with teenagers before. The eldest is a witty, independent homebody. The youngest is very social and a big movie buff. Both spend a lot of time on screens, and though I don't expect they will be able to change their habits right away, I'm hoping to find another person to support them in engaging with other activities. I will be available to meet with you while I am in town and provide training.

The ideal candidate can:
- Pick up the boys from their respective schools and take them home (clean driving record mandatory/will be reimbursed for gas or potentially have access to family car)
- Provide snacks and some supervision to boys upon arriving home
- Do dishes, laundry, and light cleaning
- Can grocery shop for the family and prepare dinners (whether it be assembling homemade dishes for dad to cook or help plan an easy dinner schedule)

If this sounds like a role you're qualified for, please reach out. The schedule will be consistent each week, somewhere between 2pm and 5pm M-F. Looking for someone available to start soon, and who would be open to a long-term commitment once we get our bearings as a family. Thank you!

A little bit about us…

Hello -We are looking for a nanny in the Santa Cruz area starting in April to take care of my daughter Faye. We are looking for a part-time arrangement to start, switching to full-time after a few weeks as my wife returns back to work gradually. Ideally Monday-Friday 8-4ish. It would be wonderful if you have experience with infants and their development. We both will be working from home and Kate plans to continue breastfeeding. We live close to the ocean and eucalyptus grove for walks and exploration, which we love to do with her. We also have an Australian Shepard named Frida who would be hanging out at the house so hopefully, someone who loves pups:) CPR training and Spanish-speaking ability are bonuses!
