Is having patience. Not every child is the same and one method doesn't work for everyone. We're all different! It's about taking the time to get to know your child and working with them to be able to help them.

When children who were once closed off and deemed as "delinquent", express how comfortable they feel with me and allow me to work with them or overcome inadequate behavior. I don't believe there are bad kids, just kids that do bad things sometimes.
