A little bit about me

I am Ivanna Regalado who will become a senior the following school year at School for Advanced Studies (SAS) Kendall. I have always wanted to work with children, and this started because when I was only a month old I was already put into daycare. This let me learn more about children my age and find out how every person has a different mindset. I forwarded with this goal by first attending John A. Ferguson SHS in the early childhood magnet program and have gotten experience working with children throughout two internships: Miami-Dade Public Library Systems Kendall Branch and Oliver Hoover. At my old high school I attended at, it demonstrated new skills, such as patience and lesson planning. This got later improved at the Kendale Lakes Library (my first internship) where I managed to practice these skills more at the Saturday morning readings. The internship after, which was at Oliver Hoover, allowed me to have more hands-on experience with children. Thank you!
