The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment was accompanying a family on a cross-country trip with their special needs child. I was able to provide support throughout the journey and help her successfully navigate the experience of flying on an airplane. Seeing her overcome challenges, feel confident, and enjoy the adventure was incredibly rewarding. It was a meaningful reminder of how important patience, preparation, encouragement, and individualized support are in helping children feel safe and successful in new experiences.
