Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love keeping days active, social, and full of discovery! Some of my absolute favorite ways to spend time with children include:
Library & Literacy Outings:
Making regular trips to the local library for interactive story hours, choosing new books together, and diving into the hands-on craft sessions that spark their imagination.
Sunshine & Beach Days:
Heading to the water to splash around, build sandcastles, hunt for unique rocks or shells, and enjoy a picnic lunch in the fresh air.
Nature & Dog Walks:
Getting outside for neighborhood walks or trail hikes, teaching kids to notice the changing seasons, and letting them help care for and walk our furry friends.
Park Playdates & Community Connection: Meeting up with other families at the playground for high-energy games, encouraging social skills, and turning a simple park visit into a thriving, friendly playdate.

The most important part about being a nanny...
My philosophy is built on three pillars: safety, love, and a deep sense of belonging.
I believe that when children feel completely secure and loved for who they are, they gain the confidence to believe in themselves and accomplish far more than they ever thought possible—whether they are mastering a tough school concept or building a towering castle out of sand.
If you'd enjoy hearing about our family:
The same dedication and values I brought to my 20+ years of teaching are reflected in my home. I am incredibly proud of the unique paths our own children have taken:
Our Oldest: A junior at the University of Dayton is an engineering major heading into a fantastic summer internship.
Our Middle Child: Graduated high school successfully & is starting his path as a mechanic.
My Daughter: A high school junior this fall who recently placed 2nd in the state for the 800m!

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment is when a child's face lights up—whether they are grasping a brand-new concept, experiencing the magic of snowflakes sparkling in the sun, watching a butterfly take flight, or proudly building their very own castle out of blocks or sand. I am a lifelong learner dedicated to creating safe, joyful, and supportive spaces where those moments happen every day.
