I’m a 20-year-old Mexican American woman who’s always been creative and productive. I have five years of experience in housekeeping and take pride in my strong work ethic and attention to detail. As the oldest of three siblings, I’ve always been responsible and caring — I helped raise my younger siblings since there’s a big age gap between us. I also enjoy cooking and have developed great skills in the kitchen. I’ve taken courses in child development and psychology, which helped me better understand how to support and communicate with children. My experience with special needs children...

I took care of a 2 year old boy who has autism, I completely loved him I created a pretty strong bond with him and understood him. I am a really patient person when it comes to kids and whatever need they may have.

I have an aunt who has a developmental disability and I also have another family member with Down syndrome. I grew up respecting and understanding people who have disabilities.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite part of being a nanny is the connection and trust that you have with the kids that you take care of. Any smile, every little memory that you build with them. I used to take care of a 2 year old boy his name is Zay and he had autism he would always run to my arm and grab my hand so I could put his favorite movie on the tv. There were more kids that I took care of at the same time but they were more independent.
