My daughter, Sofia, is 2 with a lot of energy. She is moving constantly and loves to go to the park, read books, and dance. She is likes someone who is willing to play with her and be silly with.

The Schedule
We use a consistent split schedule to cover the morning and evening transitions:
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM & 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM & 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Key Details
Stable Income: We guarantee 30 hours of pay every week, even when we are away or don't need the full schedule.
Early Weekends: We prioritize family time on Fridays and consistently aim to have you off by 5:00 PM (or earlier).
Midday Break: You have a long break in the middle of the day. When you return at 2:00 PM, you'll have 90 minutes in a quiet house to handle kid-related chores like laundry and meal prep before school pickups begin.
Logistics: You’ll handle drop-offs and pickups for kindergarten and daycare. A family car is often available, but you’ll need a safe vehicle for backup, with mileage reimbursed at the federal rate ($0.725/mile).
Pay & Benefits: $22–$26/hr depending on experience, plus 1 week of PTO and paid holidays.

I’m an anesthesiologist and my husband works full-time mostly from home with some travel weeks. We have a senior dog who is very much part of our family. We value a calm, organized home environment and prioritize health and wellness.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a full-time nanny to provide attentive, nurturing care for our newborn starting in fall 2026. This is a long-term position (at least 1 year) and we’re looking for someone interested in growing with our family.
Primary Responsibilities:
∙ Providing daily care for our infant including feeding, diapering, napping, and age-appropriate play and stimulation
∙ Following safe sleep practices and maintaining our baby’s routine and schedule
∙ Light baby-related housekeeping: bottle washing, baby laundry, tidying nursery and play areas
∙ Tracking feedings, diaper changes, naps, and developmental milestones
∙ Accompanying us on occasional travel if interested.
∙ Running baby-related errands as needed
Requirements:

∙ CPR and infant first aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)
∙ Prior newborn and infant care experience
