Dynamic early childhood and youth instructor with a strong record in motivating and engaging youth and students. A decades years’ experience in working in a public school and for a non profit. I began my career with youth and teens at the YMCA of Montclair where i taught various classes to then moving on to being a Program Coordinator. I then also moved on to work for the Board of Education and multiple childcare centers. I also have experience working in an alternative school providing support to students from K-12 experiencing social, emotional, educational, and behavioral challenges. I consider myself an educator, not just an instructor or teacher. I foster relationships with families and students.
