I have raised four children since 1994 my youngest is 13 and is Autistic and ADHD so I am very familiar with disabled children as well.I have never earned a paycheck outside of the home to care for children none the less I feel experience trumps that.I have worked at Avon school system briefly in the cafeteria around children and willing to do a extensive background check if need be as I understand you do not know me and you would be leaving me with your most precious gift.
