Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I've taught kindergarten, grades 1, 3, 4, and 5 throughout my teaching career. I also tutored throughout Covid.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy being active outdoors with children. I also like doing crafts, painting and taking the time to really sit down and read a book. I enjoy spending quality time reading the book, talking about it and studying the illustrations. I would also love to bring children to any Mommy and Me groups as I thoroughly enjoyed doing that with my own children who are now 21 and 23.
The most important part about being a nanny...
is providing quality care for the child/children and helping the primary caregiver in any way I can. My husband passed when my children were two and three years old. I raised them myself and know how important it is to have quality help.
My experience with special needs children...
I've had special needs children in my classrooms throughout the years without any problems. My son is also autistic, but he was the recipient of much early intervention and currently doing well during his third year of college.

I nannied for a six year old girl named Megan and helped her learn how to really play and not just stay on her iPad :)
