"Claire was a wonderful employee. She was energetic and active, creative and very kind. Her attendance was both faithful and flexible if we had an extra need. I had hired her to care for my mother who has Parkinson and dementia while I work. But she also had plenty of interaction with my special needs son when he got home from his day program and he is very fond of her. Claire helped me keep track of my mom’s personal supplies and our pantry staples. She prepared my mom’s breakfast and lunch and snacks with attention to nutrition and keeping her hydrated. At times Claire would take my mom to appointments and she demonstrated wise discernment in each of these situations and respect for our priorities and goals. She would take excellent notes to let me know what the physical therapist or doctor said. She’s a safe driver as well. I trust her with my home and loved ones completely. She has been absolutely invaluable to our family and I cannot recommend her highly enough."
