A little bit about me

My extensive experience as a child caregiver began during my high school and college years when I cared for my nephews and niece, and has solidified over time with my role as a teacher, mother, and nanny in three paid positions in NYC. This experience, along with my teaching background, has provided me with effective tools to not only create a safe and positive environment for children, but also facilitate developmentally appropriate educational activities. Additionally, I have taught them to speak Spanish fluently, and assisted with homework and preparation of NY Standardized Tests. I am also computer savvy and certified in First Aid and CPR.
