The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of babysitting / being a nanny in my opinion is kindness , patience , creativity, having general knowledge /common sense, mental self control, educated, problem solving skills , eye to detail, good memory & responsive. Caring after children is both easy & difficult depending on how the child is , disciplined or not & also on how YOU are, I personally agree that having maternal instinct & naturally a love for children can make it easy to take care of them, knowing what to do /say & how to react, along with other things. I know how difficult children can be especially when they haven’t developed/learned any emotional/life skills where they’re at the age they still can’t /haven’t learned. It’s all about knowledge & control physically, mentally & emotionally. Having a love for children & knowing what to do doesn’t mean stress free, It’s still draining in a way but not a problem.
