Ive been a nanny, home health care worker, developmental disability specialist, and a state test nursing assistant, all in which I serve others. Daily activities included; cooking, cleaning, remaining clients personal privacy, changing clothes linen and anything soiled, changing briefs and diapers, companionship, teaching, helping with day to day needs etc.

Working with Ms.Emma! Emma is 13 years old and has severe autism. Before working with Emma I was told she was a more difficult case than other children but those have always been the kids and adults I’ve grown the best connections with. Me and Emma became so close that her family didn’t want anyone working with her but me. Emma became a family member to me, I spent holidays with her family and Emma also spent holidays with me and my family. I always took the time to understand her and be a companion and friend more than just her caregiver
