Hi !
My name is Cori . I am the mother of a sweet amazing little boy. He is now almost 13 years old and is autistic and mostly non verbal. . This past April he became a resident and student at New England Center for children in Southborough Ma. I am his voice at times and his biggest advocate. I am a caring compassionate person with endless patience. Having my son made me a better person in all areas . I would love to help a family with a child to make life even better for the whole family .Now that my son is a resident at his school , I find myself wanting to do something to give back and help the parents and the children’s life even a little bit easier. I have endless amounts of energy and patience. I have been working with children for the past 23 years now And was a stay at home mom for 10 years. I would love to be the babysitter/nanny #2 for one family until they no longer need me. I helped raise my brothers twin boys from infancy and also my sister’s son and daughter.

I have a dental hygienist for 22 years I am always certified in CPR I am also the mother of a 12-year-old son who is autistic and mostly nonverbal and is now a resident at New England Center for children so my availability is now wide open. I would love to make a difference in another families life because I would’ve loved to have had that when my son was little. I would love to get back and do something that makes me feel like I’m helping and doing something worthwhile to me and to the family that I’m working for

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Swimming , playground, games both indoor and out. I love music and pretend play. I love to read to and be read to . Reading is actually one of my favorite pastimes and I love to read with my son still every night when he is home with me before bed just like when he was little.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Making the lives of the parentsAnd their children even a little bit easier and more fun. Helping in anyway I can. I think you need to have experience, compassion, empathy And have a way with children that some people just don’t have.
