A little bit about me

I am a mom of three teenagers and I have been in the child care business for over 20 years. I have a great deal of experience with newborns, infants and toddlers. I have done light housekeeping as well. I have a reliable car and I am infant and adult CPR certified.
I feel with my years of caring for children I bring a lot of experience with me. I choose to nanny rather than a day care or school environment because I enjoy working closely with the family to enhance the development of the young child. I am a big believer in encouraging socialization and enhancing speech from birth by including lots of reading, singing songs, and talking into the daily routine when working with children. Getting out and about for fresh air or a local class is also something I thoroughly enjoy and would include as often as possible! I also love doing art projects, so you're guaranteed to have adorable artwork hanging around the house!
