Activities I enjoy doing with children...
One of my favorite parts of caring for children is getting to see the world through their eyes. I love being hands-on, making them laugh, encouraging their curiosity, and creating memories they’ll look back on with a smile.
I believe children thrive when they feel loved, heard, and encouraged, so I always try to create an environment where they feel comfortable being themselves. Whether we’re exploring a park, having a movie night, making homemade crafts, or simply talking about their day, I want every child to know they’re important and cared for.
More than anything, I love building genuine connections with children and being someone they can trust, laugh with, and feel safe around. Watching them learn new things, gain confidence, and celebrate even the smallest accomplishments is one of the most rewarding parts of being a caregiver.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and trustworthy environment where children feel secure enough to learn, grow, and be themselves. I believe every child deserves patience, consistency, and genuine care, and I take pride in being someone both children and parents can depend on.
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience caring for children on the autism spectrum, including children who communicate nonverbally. Through these experiences, I have learned the importance of patience, consistency, flexibility, and creating a calm, supportive environment where children feel safe and understood.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was when a little boy I cared for insisted on helping me make lunch. He was so proud of himself for “making” our sandwiches that he carefully handed me one and said, “I made it with extra love, so it tastes better.”
It was a slightly squished peanut butter sandwich, and it really did taste better because of how proud he was. Moments like that remind me that the little things mean the most. Watching children gain confidence, celebrate small accomplishments, and share their big hearts is one of the reasons I love being a nanny.

Hi! My name is Morgan, and I recently moved to Virginia Beach. I have several years of experience working with children of different ages through both childcare and swim coaching. Most recently, I worked as a Household Manager for a private family, where I helped care for their child while also managing daily schedules, transportation, activities, routines, and other household responsibilities.

I’m organized, responsible, patient, and dependable, and I enjoy building positive relationships with the families and children I work with. I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident that their children are in good hands, and I always strive to provide reliable, attentive, and engaging care.
