My favorite nanny moment was with the 18yrs old autistic boy I took care of. I had 4 donuts 2 for me 2 for him, he had his two and was very very appreciative. I took a bite of mine then I went to the restroom, when I came back out all the donuts were gone and he had chocolate all over his face.
