Hi my name is Crystal Marshall & I am an Edgar independent young lady. I’m a highly motivated worker with a masters degree in public health. I am CPR, AED & First Aid Certified. I have worked in multiple healthcare fields including Caregiving, ABA, Peer support, substance abuse, children & adults w disabilities and private in home care. I have experience in g tube feeding, Hoyer lifts, wound care, catheter care, incontinence care, bathing, feeding, meal prep, dietary planning, appointment scheduling, medical transportation, infection control, & housekeeping services. I am open and willing to care for anyone in need but am looking for fair pay and to work with one or two families only who are looking for a long term worker. I feel that this improves my relationship with my clients as they get one on one attention and tend to build better bonds with me as their caregiver when longevity is achieved. Ultimately improving their quality of life through feeling safe and secure.
